Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Exclusive Drive's chauffeur services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Exclusive Drive Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Illinois, USA.

2. Service Description

Exclusive Drive provides premium chauffeur and transportation services, including but not limited to:

• Airport transfers and pickups
• Point-to-point transportation
• Hourly chauffeur services
• Corporate and executive transportation
• Special event transportation

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from Exclusive Drive.

3.2. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate pickup/drop-off locations, contact information, and any special requirements at the time of booking.

3.3. Advance Booking: We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Fare Calculation: Fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, and any applicable surcharges. All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).

4.2. Service Fee: A service fee of $5.00 is added to all bookings to cover platform and processing costs.

4.3. Gratuity: Tips are not included in the fare and are at the customer's discretion. We recommend 15-20% for excellent service.

4.4. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

You agree to:

• Treat our chauffeurs with respect and courtesy
• Not smoke, vape, or consume illegal substances in the vehicle
• Not bring open containers of alcohol (where prohibited by law)
• Wear seatbelts at all times
• Not damage or soil the vehicle
• Follow all reasonable instructions from the chauffeur

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the ride without refund and potential additional charges for cleaning or damages.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1. Insurance Coverage: All our vehicles are fully insured with commercial liability coverage meeting or exceeding state requirements.

7.2. Limitation of Liability: Exclusive Drive's liability is limited to the fare paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7.3. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. Please check your belongings before exiting.

8. Wait Time Policy

8.1. Standard Pickups: A 15-minute grace period is included. After 15 minutes, a wait time charge of $2.00 per minute applies.

8.2. Airport Pickups: A 60-minute grace period is included for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights, calculated from the actual landing time.

9. Special Requests

Exclusive Drive is committed to accommodating special requests whenever possible. Please indicate any special requirements at the time of booking. Service animals are always welcome in all our vehicles at no additional charge. Child seats are available upon request.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. The arbitration shall take place in Cook County, Illinois, USA.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Exclusive Drive.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
